That's where menstrual cup wipes come to the rescue. They are specifically formulated to clean a menstrual cup when water is not readily available.
It's important to note that these cup wipes don't do double-duty: they aren't meant to cleanse the vulva or vagina - just the cup. If you are prone to irritation or infections, it's also a good idea to check in with your doctor before buying or using menstrual wipes. Of course, following the directions on each individual pack is key, too.
