Allyson Felix has already been to the Olympics four times, but she just qualified for her first one as a mother - and the star athlete celebrated the victory as any multitasking parent would: with a post-race play date!
After the nine-time Olympic medalist came in second place in the 400-meter final at the US Track and Field Olympic trials on June 20, she brought her 2-year-old daughter, Camryn, onto the track to meet Demetrius, the son of fellow qualifier Quanera Hayes.
"Guys, we're going to Tokyo," Felix told the two children, who briefly hugged to massive applause from spectators in the stands, including Felix's husband, Kenneth Ferguson.
Hayes, who came in first place in the 400-meter final, added: "Super mommies! Yeah!"
Yes, it may have been Father's Day, but these mothers certainly earned the right to steal the spotlight in this sweet mommy-and-me moment. See snapshots of the post-race celebration ahead.
